About these terms
These Terms govern purchases from the VibeKeys website. By placing an order, you confirm that you can legally enter into a purchase agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Products and configurations
Product colors may appear slightly different across screens and lighting. You are responsible for reviewing the selected color and add-ons before payment. VibeKeys is a compact shortcut companion and bag accessory, not a replacement for a full-size keyboard.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel and refund orders affected by stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, unsupported destinations, or legal restrictions.
Shipping and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these Terms. Customized combination products are final sale except where defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders, or copy protected site content for commercial use.
Intellectual property
VibeKeys names, product presentation, photographs, graphics, and site content belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party names remain the property of their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
