Order processing
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. During launches, holidays, or unusually high order volume, preparation may take longer.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is USD $6 for orders below $100. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping where available at checkout.
Estimated delivery
Most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, local carriers, weather, or remote destinations.
Destinations, duties, and taxes
Available destinations are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility unless they are explicitly collected during checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number to the email used at checkout. You can also use our Track Order page with your order details.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing and are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect parcels
Email carolinedxl@163.com with your order number. For visible damage or an incorrect item, include clear photos of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and product.
